2023 Vidal Icewine 375ml VQA
This Pinot Grigio perfectly captures Niagara’s fresh and vibrant approach to this popular grape varietal. The aromas dance out of the glass, with a bouquet of crisp Granny Smith apple, vibrant green pear, fresh white lowers, bright citrus zest, and tangerine. This wine has a light body and a zippy and fresh acidity. The front-palate is reminiscent of the nose, while the mid-palate adds mineral, white peach, honeydew melon, and slightly blanched almond notes.
