2015 Merlot <\/strong>Reserve <\/strong>VQ<\/strong>A<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our very first Merlot varietal wine,\u00a0made from our 15 year old block of Merlot. Small lot production of fewer than 500 cases. Aged for 14 months in French oak. Cellar 3-5 years. Plum, dark cherry, herbs, cocoa and baking spice in this easy-dringk Merlot. The tannins are supple and there is a dash of mint on the finale. It is a really match a roast beef with pepper,\u00a0roast lamb\u00a0 with mushroom.<\/p>\n
